Hello Dear Friend!

A few days ago I wrote in my journal:

Today was a great day. I said goodbye to Silvia and went to school to learn about picking the right combination of sails for hoisting anchor on a two mast schooner, fixing the position with a double angle bearing, a four point bearing and snellius method, and providing emergency care for all sorts of fucked up accidents that can occur at sea, and how to handle the fact that we are far beyond the reach of a helicopter while we have a dying fast victim in our care. Very humbling indeed. As a bonus, I picked up a pile of charts to play with, got feed Bretagne-style crepes, had a good ride home with my study buddies, got invited to stay on my friend's yacht for a night, and had a delightful and very long walk home through the magickal Amsterdam by night, with two spontaneous ferry crossings and delicious music in the background.

Hi February. You will be a good month.

As the Moon enters into the Aquarius time, providing cosmic encouragement for freedom and alignment, I am showing up with multiple pages covered with a deep dive into my Vow.

As a part of this process, I went on a Journey of Dreams Lost connecting with and grieving my Dreams that have passed away and/or have been forgotten. As the new Moon cycle begins I find myself in a completely shifted state of Being. After the dark and cold winter, my soul can already feel the heat, joy and inevitability of the Summer.

I seem to get a fantastic combo of cards for this cycle:

The Gift is about giving and receiving. I keep being humbled by the fact that even if I am now living in the Mother of Capitalism, I still exist in the gift economy, and the Playa of Life keeps to provide without fail. And as it does, I am also showing up with the Gifts that naturally gravitate towards the people who need precisely what I can bring.

As I write these words, a Song comes to mind:

"Forget the perfect offering. Just bring the gift that you can bring. There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in."

The Force is precisely what I need. As my sailing exams are approaching I find myself in Deep Love with the Art of Navigation, and I am showing up to integrate the mountain of knowledge loaded into my body from the Enkhuizer Zeevaartschool. I can already feel the end of school approaching and I am 100% committed to use my time here well.

It's so humbling to learn what it takes to safely navigate a sailing vessel. And yet it is absolutely doable, and this is such a powerful encouragement. As I dive into the final sprint, I'm calling the perfect vessel for me to sail on in the next months - one where I can be myself and learn a lot. What makes it so is not just the boat. It always was, and always is about the people. I'm an Aquarius after all.

The Golden Elixir is here to remind me to have fun. The last few months have been challenging at times, but to be honest, I am having a blast. And even if I might not be able to verbalise what is the end goal, I am loving this delightful Wizard Coddiwomple that I am on.

It all comes together into a page of Infinity Squares in my new journal, guiding me through the days to come.

To close this letter to you, I will share a little ritual I have when completing a journal - I look at the first page, marking the beginning of that chapter, to get a reference point of the journey traveled.

14 September 2023, New Moon night, the Evening at the end of a Life Chapter,
Topo, Pico Island.

Since I made a decision to align with the Lifepath I feel call towards everything seems to be supportive of my journey. Help shows up from the middle of nowhere precisely at the right time. Wizards are never late, as Gandalf shared once. The path is tricky and dark at times, and yet my Being is relaxed and steady - taking step after step, making way, and shining brightly. A Song often comes through me, beaming vibes, and resonating into the wild. With an open heart, and a sharp mind I am ready for Amsterdam, and a New, Long Anticipated chapter of my Life.

I call upon all Beings visible and invisible with clarity and courage, humility and trust, and with utmost gratitude I ask for a Blessing and cast
